Casper - Downtown Brooklyn at City Point

I had the best retail experience I’ve ever had thanks to Legend at the Casper store. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly attentive without being pushy, genuinely listened to my needs, and knew the products inside and out. His knowledge, patience, and ability to explain things clearly made the entire experience easy, comfortable, and honestly enjoyable. Legend went above and beyond in a way that’s rare these days. Because of him, I feel confident in my purchase—and more importantly, I will continue to shop at Casper again and again solely because of this experience. If every salesperson were like Legend, retail would be unstoppable. Casper is lucky to have him. Thanks Daryl!!!

I was searching for a pillow since a set I bought at Amazon ended up giving me neck pain. At the store, Daryl (best last name ever) listened to what I was looking for and recommended a few options. He was super kind, professional, and guided me to find exactly what I was looking for. I ended up getting their basic pillow which feels like a cloud. The store was clean and service was excellent!! Christine was excellent.. I went in for an adjustable base and she talked me into getting a cooling pillow too.. she let me try the pillow and I almost fell asleep in the store. She was amazing.

I had an incredible experience at the Casper store, thanks to the warmth and patience of Nadine. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt happy and never pressured during the process. Nadine took her time, allowing us to try all the mattresses without ever making us feel rushed. The store itself is lovely, featuring small, private house-like structures where you can lay on the beds and feel completely comfortable and relaxed while making your decision. The atmosphere is designed to put you at ease, and it truly makes the shopping experience enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting this store—especially if you’re lucky enough to work with someone as wonderful as Nadine!
