We had an excellent experience at Sit ’n Sleep thanks to Sharon, the store manager. From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in helping us find the right mattress rather than simply making a sale. Sharon took the time to understand our needs, answered all of our questions, and guided us through the different options with patience and professionalism. Thanks to her expertise, we found a fantastic mattress that we’re extremely happy with. She was also very accommodating throughout the entire process, making the experience stress-free and enjoyable. If you’re shopping for a new mattress, we would highly recommend asking for Sharon. Her genuine personality, outstanding customer service, and dedication to her customers truly set her apart. It was a very easy decision on where to go for a new mattress—Sit’nSleep in Brea. My husband and I were so happy with our purchase for our bedroom a few years ago, that we came back on Monday for our guest bedroom mattress. Tyson warmly greeted us when we arrived, and we explained exactly what we were looking for. He showed us three or four different mattresses that he thought we would like for our guest room. He was very thorough going over the different mattresses which I appreciated. They all felt wonderful and I did go back and forth a few times before I made a decision. Tyson was very professional and answered all our questions. It was a pleasure to have him help us. Thank you so much, Tyson!

We had such a great experience at both our visits at Sit N Sleep Brea! Initially we spoke with Sharon and she was friendly and knowledgeable. When she found out we might have had a warranty on our current mattress from a different store, she encouraged us to pursue that. When we learned we weren’t able to redeem the warranty, we went back to sit n sleep and had a great experience with Josh. He took ample time talking us through different mattresses. He was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this store!

We wanted to upgrade the bed in our guest room and went to several bedding stores. At Sit&Sleep not only did we find a great mattress set at a very good price but Josh was extremely helpful. He gave us some great insight into the mattresses and allowed us time to try them out. There was no pressure, great service and the best pricing!

I can’t, in good conscience, recommend Sit ’n Sleep. My first visit was exactly what I had hoped for. The salesperson listened to me, asked about my needs, and I told him clearly my budget was around $2,000. He said that wouldn’t be a problem. I left feeling respected and confident that I had found the right place to buy a bed. When I returned, that salesperson was no longer there. A woman who said she was his manager took over the sale. Somehow, my $2,000 budget turned into almost $3,000. As a veteran living on a fixed income, spending an extra $1,000 isn’t a small decision—it’s a major financial burden. Looking back, I feel I was sold something far beyond what I had originally said I could afford. Yes, I signed the paperwork, but I also trusted the people I was dealing with to respect the budget I had clearly communicated. What disappoints me most is how differently I was treated after my original salesperson was gone. The experience changed from feeling like someone was helping me find the right mattress to feeling like the goal was simply to sell me a more expensive one. Now, every time I see the Sit ‘n Sleep commercials, I don’t think about a company that cares about its customers. I think about the frustration and regret I still feel over this purchase. I hope Sit ’n Sleep takes customer budgets more seriously and remembers that many people—including veterans and retirees on fixed incomes—are trusting them to provide honest guidance, not just a bigger sale.
