The entire experience was top tier from the moment I walked in the door. Jay helped me learn about all of the different mattress options, and I tested a lot! Having done my own research before being there , I was happy to learn even more of the variances of the brands and styles from the expertise of Jay and his manager. I felt fully informed and confident with my decision. We made the purchase ! Then came a swiftly planned delivery. Jay and his manager went out of their way to get the delivery expedited. The crew that came to my house was polite and efficient. They moved fast and had my whole headboard , platform and mattress assembled in no time. I would highly recommend Sit n Sleep for anyone shopping for a mattress.

Best mattress purchase experience we’ve had in the past decade! We went to the Culver City location and our excellent sleep consultant Jay Pinedo spent all the time we needed to find the perfect mattress, staying an hour past closing to make sure we finished the process same day. Can’t thank him enough for his excellent customer service and his low-key and knowledgeable experience. Loved the “sleep match” tech too, which was a time-saver! Thanks again, Jay!

This store is awesome. Tons of variety and cool sleep science machines. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Jay guided us through all types of mattresses and made the process super easy. If you’re thinking about going here you should!! Also we went in thinking we wanted one type of mattress based on what we read online and we changed our mind completely after testing everything out. I’m really glad we came to this store!!
