Sit 'n Sleep

My partner and I had been searching online for weeks trying to find the right mattress, and finally decided to visit Sit 'n Sleep Studio City after seeing so many great reviews and they were right. We were warmly welcomed by Roderick, who took the time to walk us through their mattress test. It was such a helpful (and honestly pretty interesting) way to narrow down options, especially with how clearly everything in the store is organized. We didn’t make a decision that first visit since we wanted to keep shopping around but the more we looked elsewhere, the more we kept coming back to how helpful and genuine Roderick was, along with the great selection they had. We ended up returning and Ken helped us make our final choice. He was just as kind and patient, and even worked with us on pricing, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this Sit and Sleep store. They have two floors with a large selection of mattresses. I felt confident that I was getting a good deal because of their price matching guarantee. Roderick was very helpful and he even worked with my budget and gave me a great deal on a mattress and pillow. He didn’t pressure me to make a decision on the spot, which for me being pressured is a turn off for doing business. When I called back the next day after I had Done research on the different matches I tried, He made it easy to make My transaction over the phone, so I didn’t even have to go back to the store to finalize my purchase, And I arranged for the mattress to be delivered and my old one to be removed. I highly recommend this store.

Well, it’s time... We bought our last mattress twelve and a half years ago at Sit ‘n Sleep in Studio City, and that old mattress is no longer working for our ever-demanding backs. We checked, and sure enough the warranty on the mattress was for ten years. I can assure you the discomfort has nothing to do with the fact that my wife and I are older than before! So, we made multiple visits to each of the 4 mattress stores on Ventura Blvd between Whitsett and Laurel Canyon in Studio City. Everybody has a selection that is at least good, everybody has helpful, friendly, smart sales personnel, and everybody is very accommodating. And, in case you were wondering, nobody’s prices are anything like what they were twelve and a half years ago. All that said, we bought our new mattress at Sit ‘n Sleep once again. Each and every time we went to the store, our salesman was Brian Jens and he was well beyond stellar. He was so patient with us, always remembered our names, and never rolled his eyes when we asked the same questions multiple times. Sit ‘n Sleep’s selection is huge, and Brian was profoundly knowledgeable about all the many mattresses we tried over and over and over. Brian knows details about mattress construction, comfort, durability, maintenance, and use that I never could have imagined were relevant mattress details (but they are). And he’s quite articulate, he could speak in down-to-earth language without ever being condescending or appearing to be bored. Brian actually heard everything we had to say about our various back ailments and was able to steer us, ever so gently and politely, in the right direction. Larry, I don’t know if you read these things, but if you do, I recommend you give Brian a Mattress Medal of Honor for putting up with us in such a professional, friendly and efficient manner. The new mattress, with another ten-year warranty, will be delivered tomorrow (Sit ‘n Sleep will haul the old one away). Our plan is to sleep the sleep of the just for at least another ten years.

Hands DOWN some of the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve received in a while!!!! Searching for a new mattress, I was able to work with Rod and he was not only KNOWLEDGEABLE, but also left room for me to make my own decisions. I did have to exchange my mattress after 30 days and EVEN THROUGH THAT, I was able to exchange for a better fit with ease. Rod was personable, kind, and explained everything thoroughly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AND ROD AS WELL!!!

Best in class experience at this location. Never felt anything but heard (not pressured in the least). Store manager was incredibly knowledgable and able to guide me in a very large space with so many options to the 4-5 best within my price range and for the specific needs held by my aging mother. He was patient with questions/concerns and my overall savage attitude ;) had a great sense of humor and in the end pulled together a deal for me that was just right. He even offered flexibility in payment as well as ease of booking white glove delivery and install on the exact date I need. All the policies for exchange were explained, and a process I had been dreading and attempting to avoid with an online purchase was made so easy. He also saved me the giant headache of returning a mattress I was planning to order online by talking me through and letting me test and see how wrong it was for my mom. Thank you to Roderick for the A++ service and attention to detail - I appreciate it and will absolutely be back and recommending this Sit'nSleep to anyone in my life in the market looking for a shop that actually cares!
