Sit 'n Sleep

Keith Palafox is great with customer service. He did not upsell us or ignore us. He gave us the best customer service We did end up purchasing with him and I got exactly what I wanted. Can’t wait for my mattress to arrive. Store was clean. Keith is welcoming.

We went into sit and sleep, and was greeted by Johnny G. asst. store manager. Johnny is a great listener and asked us about our sleep preferences. He’s a well informed salesman. Johnny, is very knowledgeable, as he taught us many new things about the different mattresses and selections. We never had king bed so this was a big decision for me and my husband to make. We were really looking for the best fit for both our needs. We settled with the pillow top medium purple rejuvenation 18” with the pro smart base with tilt, lumbar, massage and light settings. The team that delivered the order was amazing, four men showed up as they were very professional and they set it all up quickly and they removed the all packaging and old mattress. We are very happy with our decision and appreciate the great service thank you Jeff & Dena

We walked into Sit & Sleep and were helped IMMEDIATELY (we weren't even trying to get help). Josie was so nice and knowledgeable. We ended up buying a Tempur-pedic that day! the installation was good as well. the delivery info was very clearly communicated. they give you a 3 hr window the day before then you can follow-along day-of to get a better estimation. the delivery men were so helpful and efficient. they went above and beyond. we are so happy.

First time at a Sit N Sleep, and would highly recommend. We were greeted and had an awesome experience working with Josie. Grateful for her patience and her knowledge, she truly helped guide us through this process and appreciated her every step of the way. 10/10

We went to four local mattress stores in search of a new bed. Javier was hands down the best salesman I encountered from all of the stores. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for and for a price better than we expected. There were no upsales or uncomfortable sales pitches. Just knowledge and help.
