What a perfect experience! We bought a new bed recently and couldn’t have been happier with the service we received. It was exceptional. No high pressure, which we avoid like the plague. The manager, who was a woman, was the one helping us and she went above and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted and at a great price. We love our bed!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! I had called ahead regarding a previous mattress purchase from 2018, and they were able to assist me to find the right mattress for my new purchase right away! They recommended a mattress almost identical to the one I previously purchased, given that Sherwood brand was no longer available. The staff members provided excellent care and detail to my order to ensure quality and care for my purchase and delivery

Absolutely love our Serta mattress. Excellent customer service experience as well at the PCH Store.
