Sleep Number

I went to the location to purchase a soft comfortable blanket for my sleep number king size bed. The sales guy was helpful, providing me insight on the types of blankets suitable for my comfort. Im excited to receive my purchase.

Great experience. We've driven by it a thousand times and always knew when the time came, we would go with Sleep Number because of the capability to have different sides of the bed difference firmness levels. The sales rep was nice and helped us with all our questions as we could not decide between a few options. Mattress delivers in a week so excited to finally have it!

It was time to upgrade our daughter to a full size sleep number bed so we called and talked to Chris to find out if we could stop in, he said he would be there to welcome us when we showed up. As soon as we arrived he was able to pull up our information in system, since we are owners of a king size sleep number bed and help us find not only the right bed but also took time to explain the benefit of the features and how it was the right choice to fit our daughter needs. Thanks to Chris not only did we get a great bed for her but also got some new pillows that are amazing, which he also helped us pick out. He is a knowledgeable and practical with his suggestions but we felt so well taken care of not to mention the great price we got on our purchases. Keep up the good work! And thanks again for all you do, you set the bar way high with your customer service and personal touch.

Run... don't walk to the Long Beach Sleep Number store. Chris is the epitome of customer service. He knows the products and can easily explain the difference. We were able to experience the comfort and technology of multiple mattresses. We also enjoyed speaking with Missy, the second sales person in the store. Both Chris and Missy are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I can't wait for the mattress system to be delivered.

My wife and I had such a great experience with Steve this past weekend looking for a new mattress! Steve was very knowledgeable and had a lot of patience while he walked us through all of our options. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
