My spouse and I were expertly attended to by Clifford Frank while shopping at the Mattress Firm store in Long Beach, CA on Monday February 2, 2026. Not only was Cliff affable and supremely knowledgeable about the options we had and allowed us to test out those options, he guided us thru the purchase and financing process where we were able to obtain a great price for what we expect to be the best bed we ever invested in which we will, no doubt, have years of restorative sleep. We are looking forward to the night in just a few days when we can actually enjoy the amenities the bed will provide. It was a pleasure to have had such an enjoyable experience with Cliff. He made our day and would definitely recommend neighbors to visit Mattress Firm and Clifford Frank. Richard Bambam

I had an AMAZING experience here! Miguel was very helpful. He took the time to show me various beds and was very knowledgeable. I explained my unique situation with my back problem and he was able to recommend a lot of good options. Then when I was finally set on one, he made the buying process easy. I’m definitely coming back.

I had a great experience at Mattress Firm, and I want to specifically recognize Cliff for his outstanding customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right mattres, not just making a sale. Cliff took the time to listen to my needs, explained the differences between options clearly, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. He was professional and patient which made the entire process stress-free.

Megan was great and helped my fiancé and I out tremendously! Prior to coming here, we went to a Sit n Sleep and the salesperson wasn’t very helpful and didn’t give us the time. Megan went through all the options with us and made sure we were confident with our purchase. She took our opinions into consideration and we were very appreciative of that! Highly recommend!
