Bob’s furniture in Oxnard is truly the best hands down in product and product availability. Their prices? For the quality, so good! But it’s really the staff at the Oxnard location that make it second to none! Shannon was so kind as I did come in about 30 minutes before they were closing. She’s a pro it didn’t phase her. She helped point me to exactly what I needed. Luckily, I knew exactly what I wanted and we were off and she told me all about it and invited me to get as close as look as I needed and take as many pictures as I wanted. I was telling Shannon about a mirror I saw when I was first walking around and she said you can purchase that and take it home right now! So I got to leave with the perfect kitchen table purchased and scheduled for delivery and a beautiful mirror in hand…what more could a girl ask for?? 😊. And I just got a text that it’s actually in their warehouse already. I’m super excited. Her manager came by to say hi and just check up on us and he was very very nice. Please forgive me for not remembering your name. I apologize it was late and I had my PSA service dog luna with me And I was trying to keep her from going home with him…lol. Thank you to the staff at Bob’s furniture. I really appreciate all of your help and I can’t wait to get my little kitchen table with the barstools. I’m so excited it’s gonna fit perfectly!

I had a great experience at Bob’s Discount Furniture! The showroom was clean, well-organized, and had a wide variety of stylish options for every room. The staff was friendly, helpful, and never pushy — they made the shopping process easy and enjoyable. The prices were fair, and the furniture quality exceeded my expectations. Chris was exceptional and very helpful in helping us find what we were looking to get. Wasn’t pushy and wasn’t trying to upsell more stuff. Comfortable environment and ended up getting other stuff upgraded that I’ve been putting off due to her being so helpful. If she didn’t have the answers she promptly got assistance to get the answers that I needed from other experts.

Shannon was absolutely amazing. She was very patient and at no time did I feel pressured or rushed into getting something I was completely certain that I wanted. She offered suggestions but let me decide what worked best for us. Would highly recommend Bob's Discount Furniture and Shannon.

Furniture in nice, good quality. Prices are reasonable and Liz, our sales person was great. She was very attentive, explained everything in detail and answered all our questions. She let us wander around, didn’t pressure us but was close enough to be instantly available. I already recommended the store to some friends and will definitely will look for Liz when I returned.
