Sit 'n Sleep

The sales person seemed very disinterested in helping me find the right mattress. A different salesperson at the same time was giving her customer a lot more information. My sales person just kind of stood around. I ended up with the totally wrong mattress. Despite knowing what adjustable base I have, he sold me a mattress with no heads up that it would make my bed very tall. My bed is now 35" of the ground. A total hazard. And meanwhile, the contract he had me sign at the end made all these representations that I'd been given information I was not given. So now I have a gigantic mattress that is unsafe. I got my adjustable base at the Studio City Sit N Sleep and the man there was so helpful. I really regret going to the Tarzana location.

Hector was very helpful, explaining everything about the beds I was looking at. He had me lie on the beds for over seven minutes each so I could get a proper feel for them.
