This is my second time purchasing from Mattress Firm, and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. There was no pressure—just expert guidance and genuinely thoughtful care throughout the process. I’m so excited to receive my Beautyrest Black Series mattress! I can’t recommend Berkeley enough. She and her team truly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect mattress for my needs at a price that worked for me.

Danny is legit the coolest kindest soul and also a great sales person. Very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed when I didn’t even know. Understand back pain and the benefits for sleeping through it and will help you find the ideal fit. Generous and excellent hospitality from him.

I've never had a salesman as thoughtful as Brad. Very kind. I left this morning thinking I might come back, then went somewhere else, with a nice salesman. I came back though later in the day. Brad was helpful, instead of pushy. Considerate, instead of trying to sell me on the most expensive thing in the store. Exactly what you'd want. Willing to talk about everything, which was especially great for the most beautiful fiancé in the whole world.

Brad and Danny were super knowledgeable and friendly. They made a big purchase like this feel easy and I never felt pressured to make a decision. Plenty of great options to choose from. Would recommend stopping here when looking for a mattress.
