Sleep Number

I had a sleep number bed for 30 year and think it's a good idea to get a new mattress,so I did. I went to the store and told Michelle the one I wanted and it is going to be delivered on Friday June 12th. Having them install the new mattress and take the old one anyway for me. Never had problems with sales person or customer support with the company and can't think of sleeping on a different mattress.

We had a great experience with Benita at Sleep Number at Topanga. We had already done a lot of research online but being in the store, being able to feel and try the different mattresses, and having Benita describe the products was beyond helpful. We ended up getting more than planned due to the Black Friday deals (discounts and financing) but those decisions were made because we were physically able to touch and feel product. I don’t think that would’ve happened if we did this purely online. We don’t have the bed yet so this review is only about the service at the store and not the bed itself. That will come later.

Michelle is a GODDESS. She was so knowledgeable, sweet, transparent, and made the entire bed-buying process seamless. Great seller, great soul, deserved a raise! Thank you, Michelle!

I recently purchased a Sleep Number I8 adjustable bed. I was helped and educated by Michelle in the Canoga Park store. Michelle is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I also purchased a pillow that Michelle recommended and my wife and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Michelle for your excellent customer service. I highly recommend Michelle if you are in need of a bed.

Michelle is great! She took her time with us allowing us to try out the mattresses and pillows over and over. She was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Michelle explained the charges thoroughly and helped with downloading the app. We are glad to have gone to the Sleep Number Bed store at the Westfield Topanga. The delivery date was set up one week after we bought the bed. On the day of the delivery the guys were efficient, fast, and neat. The lead guy was helpful with setting up the bed on the app and explaining how it worked. We are definitely returning to the Westfield Sleep Number store for our next purchase. See you soon Michelle!
