Overall great experience. The associate that helped me decide on my purchase was Ross and he was great and very knowledgeable and took the time to help me decide the best mattress for me. I can’t thank him enough. This will be the only mattress store that I will ever deal with. 10/10 from top to bottom from the service to the knowledge. Very satisfied with my purchase and overall experience with Ross!!

At 4 months of pregnancy, I have been experiencing difficulties with sleep. I recently learned about Sleep City and decided to visit their store. The salesperson there has been exceptionally helpful. I am very pleased with my purchase. Thank you sincerely for your assistance in selecting my mattress.

Best mattress and experience ever. Ross are manager assisted me and he’s such a wonderful guy. I was able to get my bed delivered within expected timeframe. I would recommend anyone who’s looking for a good durable mattress to stop by and check them out tell them Ashley sent you 🫶🏾

Loved my interaction with this store and their employee Ross. They say they are not sales pushy and I agree. They give you information up front. I shopped 2 other stores before this one and called about 7 of them. This small business is a 10/10 compared to the other big brand mattress stores. I was in need of a bed and Memorial Day was coming up. So I started researching brands and the type of bed that best fits my needs for me and my 6’3” partner. Sleep City Lewisville is the ONLY store that had Helix Plus available to try out. All other stores carried Helix but not the “plus” trim. Sleep city thank you and please continue to have the “plus” bed there for your plus sized customers to try. It was probably my selling point because we actually got to see how the bed felt and not just guess the firmness/softness of the mattress. As I mentioned, we went during May and a lot of the stores already had their Memorial Day sales going on. One store that we went to offered a plus bed with no extras thrown in - no pillows, no sheets, protectors, etc whatever to offer since it’s a big purchase. The other store said if you buy from us maybe we can throw in sheets. Those vibes weren’t vibing at all. At sleep city they informed their Memorial Day sale up front! With every king you got free pillows (or upgraded ones for $30 each), sheets, and mattress protectors. See those are the vibes us consumers are looking for and they were confident and up front with it. They didn’t use it as a sales icky gimmick like one of the stores “might”. Ross was amazing! He listened to our needs and made suggestions based on that and gave us time to talk and think about it. He is informative and a fun person when shopping for beds. After we decided to make the purchase there were no hidden fees. They were up front with pricing and delivery fees. They even haul away your old mattress with the delivery fee cost. ($99).At the end of the day businesses are open to make a profit (everyone who works wants to make a profit to be able to keep assisting others) I think they’re priced well and fair. For both the consumer and the business. We set a delivery time for 4 days after our purchase but after we left they quickly informed us that the mattress they thought was in stock didn’t have the cooling pad on top so they would have to order it for delivery to their warehouse. No issues with that as they were fast, up front, and communicated very well with it. Once they got the bed into their warehouse they called us and set a new delivery date. The delivery guys arrived (slightly later than stated but again not upset as they informed us the day of). Delivery guys did great, were efficient, had great communication, and were quiet (we had a sleeping baby taking his nap). A week or so after having the bed, the bamboo sheets, pillows, and mattress protector- and we are sleeping much better. 10/10 customer service 10/10 delivery 10/10 communication 10000000000/10 for having a plus size bed in store to try out. Give them a shot and ask for Ross! He’s amazing! Give him a raise!

Five stars for the excellent service from Ryan at SleePare. Buying a mattress can be overwhelming, but Ryan made it easy. He went out of his way to ensure I understood the different brands and gave me several helpful recommendations without ever making me feel pressured.
