Entire experience ~ remarkably pleasant! We had good fortune of working w/ several staff @ Sleep City /Arlington. All of which were cordial and professional.. However, Isaac Cisneros, in particular, quickly stood out…demonstrating a calm, helpful demeanor, paired with years of research/experience. Mr Cisneros is one of those very exceptional retail professionals that every sales industry exec needs (and wishes for) as their store / brand representative. It important to note however, that Isaac transcends the typical ‘sales person with an agenda’. None of that awkward energy in his approach. While not pushing any agenda…. Simply listened intently to our mattress needs and wishes, then carefully composed the data and offered comprehensive suggestions of all the best fits, which ultimately matched us with the perfect solution! He knew the product quite well! As stated, the process of mattress education, selection, customization, purchase conditions, and all factors involved were a joy because of Mr Cisneros’ knowledge and experience in the mattress/bedding industry. We are so very happy with final result and quite thankful for the trust and business relationship that Isaac patiently and thoughtfully developed. He is a joy to do business with. I only wish there were millions more like him in the world at large. Would that be asking too much?! Bravo Sleep City…and job very well done Isaac❕

I absolutely love this chair! I've tried to s of them for years and some good, some ok, some bad. This one is on another level of its own. It hits all the right spots in all the right places. The infinity smart chair 3d is absolutely amazing. My wife and I are busy people at work with physical jobs and we both train for sports also. Our recovery and muscle integrity is key to our active lifestyles. Getting in person massages was helpful but pricy and not always convenient for us. Now that's a moot point with this chair right in our home ready for use with just as good if not better experience and outcomes. The sales reps I had to work with was absolutely awesome and helped me with all my questions, concerns from the day I tried it at the Dallas expo hall up till after the day it arrived. Never left me hanging or without answers. Isacc Cisneros is a class act guy. Never felt like he wanted to just make a sale to me. He wanted me to be happy with what I wanted and assured me this chair could do and then some and he was spot on correct. This chair will deliver some amazing massage experiences for my wife and I for years to come right in our own home. Way cool of you ask me!

Our Matress specialist, Dylan was top teir and as knowledgeable as they come. He didn't BS me and offered more options than I needed, or thought I needed. The mattress we bought is because Dylan gave me those options and our new Spring Air Kingsley II Hybrid will be joined with one of those awesome adjustable frames in the near future. Dylan, we'll be back and thanks for showing us the frames. My son definitely enjoyed it almost as much as I did.

We really enjoyed our new bed. The gentleman on little rd store was so nice and professional.. The delivery guys are wonderful also. So courteous… Tyvm for helping us find the perfect Bed. David/Vicki Ellis
