Sleep City Mattress Superstore Grapevine

I Spend $1300 on An adjustable bed and matress with a 15 year warranty. My mom bought the exact same model both in 2020-21 During the pandemic. My mom's matress lumped up last year and decided not to use the warranty and goto a new company, Matress Factory of Haltom City(Love), Mine only 5 years old did the same, but just went flat on the corners and slumped in the middle. I had my receipts, they immediately recognized thier brand but Wasn't good enough. The tags weren't attached due to my animals wanting to play with them, I took them off. Logic and common sense told them it was thier matress. I was under the impression they'd honor the warranty. They did not, because of inflation, understandable they could only offer me the same brand discounted to $1049 warranty and all and fail on 2 mattresses. I chose to goto box drop and got a much better Beauty rest Black for less than that. Not a Tru lux or Blackhawk... 10 year warranty and I've taken pictures and videos just incase they try the same thing should the matress fail. I'm happy with my choice going a different direction!

Nik was great and helped us the find the right mattress for us. He also worked to get us a great deal on a mattress, base, and bedding set. We would definitely recommend stopping by Sleep City and talking with Nik!

Excellent customer service! Edited** Now that our mattress has been delivered, I wanted to update my review. This has been one of the best companies I have ever bought from. Delivery was quick and easy! Highly recommend buying from this company!

I usually dread mattress salesman as much as I do used car salesman. Not the case at this place. My family and I stopped in one afternoon after movie, just looking to ask some questions and try some mattresses. Nik was great. Super helpful and accommodating. Probably spent close to an hour with me. A week or so later I pulled the trigger. Everyone there was very friendly and made it very easy.
