We bought our first mattress here years ago after shopping around. It was our first mattress after getting married. Fast forward to 2024 (and waiting too long to get a new mattress) we again went to every mattress store in town and spent many evenings comparing prices and products. I saved Sleep City for last so I could compare them to everything I found. Basically, we wasted our time because we immediately then purchased our second mattress from Sleep City. The owner was there for both sales even after many, many, years. Great service and he even gave us a repeat business discount we were not expecting! He also threw in some promotional pillows and other goodies. I still use the pillow and was pleasantly surprised to find I liked the fairly firm and thick foam pillow over what I had been using. No more squishy pillows and middle of the night reshaping. I'm very picky about shopping and large purchases, but I highly recommend Sleep City over the other stores in town.
View on GoogleGeneral manager Steve at the Henrietta Store provided me with exemplary service. He analyzed my needs and did a great job recommending the best option. Steve’s friendly, personal service made for a very enjoyable experience. I plan to buy 2 more mattresses and I will definitely buy them from Steve.
View on GooglePre-ordered our mattress & box spring, arranged a pickup date. Staff was incredibly friendly and helped load the items into our vehicle. Recommend!
View on GoogleGreat experience...Gino (owner) was excellent to work with in picking out a bed...nice selection of mattresses...locally owned...been in the Rochester area for 30 years.....
View on GoogleLet's just say, not great. They are friendly enough but they lack follow through on their sales. We ordered a futon and frame in early October and were told that it would be 2 - 3 weeks before delivery. After many calls to Sleep City and lots of messages left, we were finally offered a "loaner" shortly before Thanksgiving. This loaner was not the frame we ordered nor the mattress. We have heard nothing from them since.
