Not always a fan of being greeting right when I walk into a store, but in this case I actually did not have much time and I needed help to find what I was looking for without browsing. The woman who helped me, Kaylee- she was genuinely kind and very knowledgeable. Great recommendations for style, design, and colors. Great store. Salesman Rich Smith was excellent showing us the different recliners. The updates and arrival time heads up was very good and the phone call ten minutes before the truck got here was really considerate. Also the delivery men were right on the ball, set up our power chairs in no time. Very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend R&F. Thank you.

We received excellent personal service from a very professional saleswoman, who treated us like we were her most important customer of the day. She showed us all of the available bedroom furniture, giving us details and benefits for each item. She asked questions about what we wanted and offered her own opinion about our choices. During our conversation, we asked about her family. She shared information with us like a friend, also asking about our lives. Realizing a member of her family had a medical problem, I asked if I could Pray for them and also for her. I was able to do that before we left and I will continue to Pray for them. She answered all my questions, and gave me a good idea of when my order would be placed, and the projected delivery time, along with ID instructions. Also the information she gave me about the item I purchased was very helpful in making my purchasing decision.

We bought a bedroom set from Raymore Flanagan. Our salesman Joe was fantastic. The really great thing was he was so knowledgeable about the products he sells. We had brought a mattress from a competitor some years back and we’re very disappointed, but Joe explained to us the way mattresses are made And the different materials that are used and how it affects the mattress. It was a great experience and he really took a lot of time with us which we really appreciated.
