Excellent staff and prompt attention to customers. Andrea is an expert in her field and willing to go the extra mile to educate consumers on materials and quality of products. Great work, will be back!
View on GoogleAlmost a year later now, but I loveeee my “new” mattress still. After returning three different ones I read raving reviews about online, I finally found a nice firm one I like here and at a good price! They delivered it and there was no pressure annoying sales people either. I’ll look here again someday when that time comes!
View on GoogleFrom the moment we walked in the door to the moment our mattress got delivered, 5 STARS! Jim greeted my husband and I, asked what we were looking for along with our budget (guest bedroom, under $800), then gave us a quick run down of the store, its merchandise, and then gave us some privacy to test out the mattresses. There is not a ton of choices, but they do seem to have something for everyone and it made this shopping experience a quick and easy one. Jim was very personable and great to chat with, never did we feel pressured, just pure friendliness and helpfulness. I also needed the mattress delivered quite quickly which they were able to do. The delivery man was nice and efficient as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Sleep City.
View on GoogleI have been dealing with Gino for all of my bedding needs. He’s professional and knowledgeable. He gives you information so you can make an educated purchase. Always professional. Every person I’ve worked with there have been great. Steve, Tommy and Gino are all great. “Your comfort is our guarantee is not just a slogan” As long as Sleep City is around, they will continue to be my bedding store. All of my delivery guys have been great as well.
View on GoogleI purchased two mattresses on two different occasions at Sleep City. Two things I really like: the prices and the sales rep. She's extremely knowledgeable about the product lines. Lastly, I LOVE that they deliver on Saturdays with a two-hour window. Nice to have some Saturday left rather than waiting four hours for delivery. Don't expect a glam show room, though. It's very simple with an industrial feel.
