Sleep Number

Sarah was very helpful. She showed me choices and features of different beds. She answered all of my questions with patience and knowledge. She was not pushy which was REALLY nice. She is excellent at following up and following through. She did exactly what she said she was going to do... love that. Sarah was just a pleasure to deal with from my initial inquiries to my actual purchase, delivery, and first night's sleep. She is a great asset to the Sleep Number organization. Truly THE BEST!!! Side note: We had NO intention of purchasing a top of the line bed (more expensive), however that's exactly what we did after Sarah informed us of financing options and went further to break down and show the monthly payments. Definitely a smart move on her part. We are VERY happy customers; no buyer's remorse here!

We don't have our bed yet but our experience at the Aurora Southlands store was great. We really enjoyed Ted & Caleb. Ted was our very knowledgeable salesman. He wasn't pushy and was very patient while we tried nearly every bed in the store trying to decide which one best fit us. Thank you so much for your awesome help! Ty & Bear

I am pleased to write this review and recommendation for Sleep Number beds. What made my experience special was the personal attention, professional expertise, and friendly customer service so important when purchasing a product so personal. Not only am I impressed with the quality of sleep from the unique Sleep Number technology, but with the online Sleep Number app providing day-to-day sleep monitoring as well. it's no surprise that JD Powers rates Sleep Number number one because it's more than just buying a bed.

We popped into the Southlands store to get information as we were on a limited time schedule. Ted was very considerate of our schedule and didn't push, try to upset. He just listened. I would not hesitate to recommend the product or this location.

Sarah, our sales person, was absolutely fantastic. We could not have asked for a better experience. She knew everything there was to know about everything there was for sale at the store, she was friendly, capable, and we never felt like we were rushed. Perhaps one of the best shopping experiences we’ve had in the last 25 years. If we could give more than five stars, we would! Thank you for a truly enjoyable morning.
