Sleep Number

Ryan has very amazing customer service he helped us a lot and told us a ton about the mattresses Aswell as giving us water even though we wasn't gonna purchase anything he still was very kind and caring and truly brought a smile to me and my friend today, he is a very great guy and I hope the best for him. 1000/10 he even threw the water away for us, truly one of a kind man and as we left he even gave us a mint each. Please give this man a raise he deserves it a lot.

Shane provided exceptional support throughout our visit. We ultimately purchased the Climate 360 bed, and his professionalism played a major role in that decision. He was knowledgeable, transparent, and respectful — offering thorough information about the product without speaking negatively about competitors. Although he currently serves as the manager, his leadership style, communication skills, and ability to represent the brand with integrity would make him an asset in a broader role. His approach to customer engagement and product education is something that could benefit multiple districts and strengthen the company as a whole.

We purchased our 3 bed from Sleep Number, at the Park Meadows store. The staff were very welcoming and It is truly nice to be recognized when you walk into their store. The whole staff was involved in helping us make a decision. Dan was our representative and he was very easy to work with. Shane, the manager, was very helpful with assisting with the processing of our purchase. It is truly nice to be recognized when you walk into their store. We love our sleep number beds! And by the way, their pillows are fantastic!

Samantha at Park Meadows Mall was amazing and we highly recommend visiting her if you’re in the need of a new bed. She was very patient with us the whole time to make sure that we were fully educated on the benefits of Sleep Number beds, the technology, and the options. She did all of this with a very friendly attitude and no high pressure sales pitch. She seemed genuinely interested in getting us a better night’s sleep. Thank you, Samantha!

my husband and I stopped in this evening to see options for a new mattress, we were so fortunate to have Samantha there to help us! we ended up purchasing with her because she was so welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. we also found a mattress we loved below our initial budget which was a huge win!! 10/10
