Sleep Number

We were excited to purchase our Sleep Number bed, but our experience after the sale has been very disappointing. The mattress comes with a trial period, but we were never clearly told that the adjustable base was completely non-refundable. That information was buried in the contract, and the salesperson never emphasized that this was a permanent, no-exception purchase. Had we understood that, we would have made a different decision. After delivery, we contacted the store hoping to return the base, but there was no willingness to work with us or offer any solution, unfortunately their hands are tied because corporate is unwilling to provide any leniency with this. We understand businesses have policies, but we also believe customers deserve clear explanations of major purchase terms before they sign. If you're considering buying a Sleep Number bed, make sure you specifically ask about the return policy for the adjustable base before purchasing. Don't assume it has the same trial period as the mattress.

Jason went above and beyond to help me out. He took the time to explain what I needed and he also gave me the Mother-in-Law discount. No I’m not he’s mother-in-law but he treated me as if I was family. He also delivered the same day no charge and set up for me. Tony, the manager at this Sleep Number, truly went above and beyond for our family. He took the time to carefully review our grainy photos and specs of our decade-old base and worked patiently to help us find a solution. With my folks just returning home from a hospital stay, his willingness to dig into the details and make sure we had the right support meant more than we can say. His professionalism, compassion, and dedication to customer care made a stressful situation so much easier. We’re incredibly grateful for his help and highly recommend working with him!

I recently visited the sleep number store at Aspen Grove to see about purchasing a new mattress. Michaela was the associate who helped me. She showed me two mattresses and demonstrated the different setting's with me. I decided to purchase the second mattress she showed me. Michaela and Tony were both very helpful in me making my decision. I highly recommend this store if you’re in the need of a new mattress.

The salesman, David, was terrible. We knew what we wanted, he just couldn’t get the order right. A base and a frame aren’t the same thing David. When we asked you said it’s everything there on display. Now we don’t have a frame…. Unacceptable. Felt uncomfortable when purchasing but we knew what we wanted. Shouldn’t have purchased when my wife and I had that gut feeling of you not knowing what you were doing and our order was going to be incorrect. Have some respect too when we call and try and get some help.
