Sleep Number

We went to the Sleep Number store in Bellingham today. My dad has had a very hard time sleeping. Our salesperson Tom was great. He had dad try out a couple beds and took a lot of patience and time with us. We walked out with a great bundle. Mattress, adjustable base, sheet sets and a mattress pad for a very affordable price. They will deliver and take his old bed away as well. Thank you Tom for showing us how amazing Sleep Number beds are. We can't wait for our delivery and get dad sleeping through the night. Recently my full-size bed with one remote to work the motor to raise and lower the head and foot section stopped working. The timing could not have been worse. I recently had open-heart surgery and several follow-up surgeries and my cardiology surgeon strongly recommended that I have a working bed with remotes to work the motor to raise and lower the head and foot section to make a difference in my recovery as soon as possible. I called today and spoke with Dakota who guided me in selecting the best bed and arranging affordable monthly payments. She answered every question thoroughly and quickly. She offered Veteran and other discounts that made a difference. I was told there are two remotes rather than the one remote on my current broken bed. The additional remote is for the firmness of the mattress which I believe is a great benefit especially in my recovery. After giving her some information she quickly qualified me for affordable monthly payments. Knowing I needed the bed soon she arranged the delivery for next week! I value recommendations and read them often when purchasing items. I knew I had spoken with the right person and received the best service with patience, knowledge, guidance, discounts, and delivery. She set the delivery as an ultimate type where they remove my current bed and set up the new one and confirm it is working well. Given my health issues this is very important as I'm restricted in lifting heavy objects. Dakota was efficient as well as provinding comprehensive answers to my numerous questions and the questions I had not even considered. Nonetheless, the purchase was surprising quick and satisfying. With pleasure, I highly recommend Sleep Number in Bellingham, Washington if you need a beed and quiiti service you can trust.

Updated… the store manager Dakota reached out to us. She was very professional and apologized for what happened. She assured me that some training would be taking place. Her call made a big difference and I appreciated her understanding and help. My last review for this Store was very positive, I’m afraid I have to change it now. The salesman Thomas was very helpful in selling us a bed, but fell short after that. This was our second bed purchased from the store. He showed us all of the models and the new features. He explained that the new beds do not come with a remote. You just adjust them with an app on your phone. We understood that and asked about our previous older bed model. They said they had one left in stock that they were closing out. We talked about that one since it was for a guest room and we were assured that it came with a remote since it was the old model just like the bed that we already have that has a remote. We talked about how convenient that would be for guest to use When the bed was delivered, there was no remote with it.We called the store and he denied saying that to us at all. He said we could purchase a remote for $50. He was very dismissive unhelpful and uncooperative. He told us to call customer service. We did call customer service and they were extremely helpful and will be shipping us a remote for that new bed. We felt like it was deceitful and he was only concerned with the sale! Very disappointing. In the future, we will find a different Sleep Number store to purchase from since we do really love these beds.

We had a wonderful experience today with Tom at Sleep Number! Tom carefully listened to our needs and answered all of our questions. We feel confident we got a great deal on the perfect bed for us! We highly recommend Tom to help you with your next purchase!

We have a 20 yr old sleep number bed and decided to upgrade to a newer model. When we arrived at our local Sleep Number store we were greeted by Dakota who was very pleasant to deal with along with LOTS of knowledge and most of all, listened to all of our needs. After several hours we purchased the new split king flex. Thank you Dakota for assisting us in our new purchase.
