Gary was great! Answered all my questions and explained the differences between the mattresses. I was at the store for approximately 2 hrs and that was before I decided to buy. I am a sleep number owner for past 20 yrs. With that said, I'm excited to get my new mattress and feel the difference between my old and new sleep number.

We had a very pleasant visit at the Sleep Number in Marysville. The staff was knowledgeable and professional, providing the information we needed to understand our options. The person who assisted us listened to our needs thoroughly and was responsive to questions. I was originally interested in the adjustable base so I could improve my sleep without my CPAP machine. After trying out the base features, we tried the mattress features and couldn't believe how it relieved the tension in my back. Amazing! We tried a few mattresses that were most suited to our needs and our budget. When we decided on which one best fit our needs, we got the offer in writing for the bed we wanted. We were never pressured even when I said I needed to sleep on it before making a decision. After doing more research on the product and reading reviews from independent resources, we decided to get the bed and set it all up at my convenience over the phone. We have the delivery date set and can't wait to start our new sleep experience!

We purchased a Sleep Number Climate 360 bed in 2023. Here we are 2.5 years later and one side of the bed has completely failed. Sleep Number says we need to spend nearly $600 on parts and a tech to fix the bed. This is by far the worst customer service and warranty I have ever dealt with. We spent $15,000 on a bed and less than 3 years later we need to spend more money just to keep it working. We could have purchased another high quality traditional mattress from another manufacturer and had it last 10 years without fail just like we have done 3 times in our past. I highly recommend that anyone considering purchasing a Sleep Number to run away very fast! Horrible customer service….

We had an amazing experience with Gary from Sleep Number in Marysville. He answered our questions with detailed knowledge on all of our options. Gary was very personable and kind. We were able to get the mattress that we wanted with heating and cooling without the base, which was unavailable online. He gave us a great deal on the bed as well. If you are going to purchase a sleep number bed I would call Gary at the Marysville location. It was easier and we had more options available to us than when we tried to purchase a sleep number online. We would not have purchased the bed if Gary hadn’t called to see if we needed help.
