Sleep Number

Absolutely best experience buying a mattress. They weren't pushy, but clearly knew what they were talking about. They were able to work with me and I definitely appreciate the warning about needing to break the mattress in so it's soft everywhere. Especially with the plush mattresses. I can't wait!

We went to the Sleep Number store in Silverdale, WA with the intension of just looking. But the sales person, Josh, did a great job of answering all our questions without a hard sales push that we actually bought a new bed. Josh also helped with setting up the interest free payment and offered great advice to get the most out of our new purchase. We would highly recommend Sleep Number, especially if Josh is your sales person.

It's too early to respond, fully. Our sales rep, April, has been very responsive and helpful. We are waiting for the delivery of the adjustable frame and mattresses. We have been noticed that the mattress cover and sheets are on back order. That's disappointing.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I bought a sleep number bed about 3 ish years ago, staff were friendly but useless when it came to my beds issues, about a year into having my bed, it was having issues with the "responsive air" feature. I would get in bed it would be hard as a rock and usually it starts deflating after 30 seconds of being in bed and it wouldnt deflate so, I manually deflated it through the app and I would wake up in the middle of the night because the bed inflated itself as if I wasn't sleeping on it. I asked sleep number what I could do and they sent me to the FAQ page for troubleshooting and when that wasn't working they said they could get a guy out for me for freaking $200. I just turned the feature off and forgot about it. I've had the bed for now 3ish years and we just paid it off and now the bed conveniently does not work. It doesn't track our sleep habits, it does not deflate it only inflates and the app says that the sleep number is set to 5 while still inflating. It kept inflating and inflating and inflating to the point where we thought it was going to explode, so we had to find where we could pop the bed open to deflate it ourselves. Extremely frustrating and disappointing since we spent about 5k on this bed and we will not pay another dime to this trash company.

I had a pleasant shopping experience at the Silverdale Sleep Number Bed showroom. DJ helped me. I had never been to a SNB showroom before. He asked good questions, showed me several models, and in turn, answered all of my questiona thoroughly and respectfully. I let him know I was going to mull it over, and was not pressured in any way before leaving the store. I talked with him a few more times over the phone before making my decision to purchase. We completed everything over the phone, a process that was smooth and uncomplicated, which is appreciated. Very much looking forward to enjoying our new Sleep Number bed.
