Lisa was fantastic! Love her personality and stamina for sales. Sleep number is my favorite bed by far. We just purchased our 2nd bed from them with the adjustable base. Best ever. So excited. Thank you Lisa!

We had a very positive shopping trip at the Joliet Sleep Number store. The manager, Lisa, gave us an in-depth review of their product line and made sure we experienced the differences in the mattresses. Her knowledge of the product lines and concern and interest in our sleep needs culminated in our purchase of a high-quality and long lasting bed. Lisa had an easygoing charm and friendly demeanor and we never felt a “sales pressure” but rather just a goal to assist us in making the right choice for our needs. Victoria, another employee, helped us finish up our order with getting us the right bedding for our bed. We’re looking forward to better sleep and feeling more rested thanks to Lisa, Victoria and our new Sleep Number bed which is arriving in less than a week from ordering. You can’t beat a sales and service experience like that! We are thrilled to be part of the Sleep Number family.

Lisa from the Joliet store was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable throughout our experience. We truly enjoyed shopping for our bed at sleep number. This is our second sleep number bed. The last bed we bought was 20 years ago and we still love it but we were looking for a king size bed and one with a few bells and whistles. Lisa helped us decide on which mattress fit out budget best and thoroughly explained all the new technology that is now available as it has been a while. We found the right bed for us., and would highly recommend this store and product as it is made to last. Lisa was very helpful with all the sales as well and the products that go along with the bed. We are very thankful.
