Sleep Number

I am so disappointed with SleepNumber. In 2019 and paid around 11,000. At the time we thought it was a lot of money but it came with a “20 year guarantee.” We thought that it would be worth the investment for many years of good sleep. We were wrong and the guarantee is bogus. My side of the bed never did hold air well, and now just six years later it is stuck in the upright position. After talking with two different people and doing all kinds of step— nothing. Without anybody actually looking at the bed they determined that I should pay them 500.00 for a new control box. I am done with sleep number.

Wonderful shopping experience! The store manager showed me our options and then let me demo the various sleep number beds and adjustments. We were going back to sleep number after trying another mattress. We missed our sleep number mattress and are glad to be going back to sleep number. The store manger was patient and not pushy. I am delighted with our purchase and really appreciated the approach the store manager took in helping me make a decision. Would highly recommend sleep number and this store!

We purchased the sleep number bed prior to my husband's knee replacement surgery. The two men that came to setup our bed immediately said that they could not setup our bed until we removed our old mattress and frame. They stood outside until my husband and I struggled to remove the older sleep number bed. Extremely heavy. They are in their 20s we are in our 60s. Very unprofessional and rude. We paid $7,000 for this this bed ( about 5 years) and a year later one side completely broke down. Would not pump back up. Called the home office asking for a replacement...nothing. my husband's side of the bed still does not pump up. I understand that their are things in manufacturing that go wrong. But unfortunately, after many phone calls they never made it right. I will never buy any of their products again.

Sean was great! He showed us every detail of the different styles we could choose from. We had many questions and he was happy to answer them. He spent a lot of time with us showing different mattresses and the specifics to make sure we got the one that was best for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better salesman. Sean was not pushy as normal salesmen are. You could tell he really cared about finding his customers the best mattress for them. We highly recommend the Sleep Number in Brentwood, MO and ask for Sean!

Sean and Chelsey were great to work with. Even though I have a sleep number bed now, I am looking at getting a different one after 12 years. Both were very patient in explaining new features and ideas to me. This is my second sleep number bed and would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new mattress to check them out. Sure, they’re not the least expensive but I spend a good third of my life on a bed and it makes the other two thirds of my life enjoyable. Thanks to sleep number!
