Verlo Mattress of Brentwood

First of all, the entire process of purchasing my Verlo mattress was seamless. But the really impressive part, aside from how great the mattress itself was, was the customer service. After using the mattress pad that I purchased with my bed for a few months, I was not satisfied with the fit. I called the Brentwood store and was told to wash it again and see if that helped. If not, I should return it to the store. I followed the directions and it was still too big. When I returned it to the store they gave me a brand new mattress pad, which fits perfectly. This was a $ loss for them, but they want satisfied customers, and I am that!! Thank you, Verlo, and sweet dreams!

Our mattress was stored improperly for 7 months in a storage facility after a storm and it was damaged. Verlo came out , took it back to their shop and repaired it, returned it the next day. Lots cheaper than a new one. Great service.

We have been extremely pleased with the mattress and customer service provided by Verlo over the past few years. Mattress needed tweaking and it was seamlessly done and returned within less than 24 hours in perfect condition. Working with Blake is always a pleasure - he makes sure everything is setup and has terrific communication and great customer service skills.

Stieg was very helpful and made our purchase very easy. We bought a custom made mattress. We were happy they now have a store in Brentwood which is a lot closer to us. We will definitely be referring this store to our family & friends.

A BIG shoutout to Verlo Mattress! Our recent experience at the Brentwood location was outstanding from selection-delivery! We love that every mattress is made locally which was a BIG draw for us!! The showroom is uniquely designed to highlight each mattress. Blake, our associate, guided us to a mattress that fit our needs & provided a thorough assessment of the one we selected. Blake also ensured a speedy delivery that we greatly appreciated! We HIGHLY recommend Verlo & definitely will be a repeat customer!
