Sleep Number

We went in to look around and see what they had to offer. Mark greeted us with a smile at the door. He spent a-lot of time showing us the different models and features. We were not pressured in any way. We found a bed we both absolutely loved. We thought about it for a few days and decided it was for us. Mark went above and beyond to help us with questions we had from start to finish. Great experience!

We inherited a sleep number bed from a friend, who was upgrading to something newer and unfortunately Sleep number does not want to support you with anything unless you bought it yourself or know their account info. The beds itself were great, but good luck trying to get any customer service if you aren't the original owner of the bed. We did however walk into a store to see about a newer model ourselves and were disappointed. They do not sell any beds on site and everything is "built to order" and the mandatory "shipping fee" and set up fees are just crazy. If you need a bed right away look elsewhere because it will take a minimum of 6 weeks to even get a bed. Do better Sleep number! Edited: this does not reflect on this particular store. Mark was an incredible person to work with in this location and if we decide to move forward on a sleep number, we will ask for him by name.

Mark contacted me soon after my online inquiry. We set up a time for my husband & I to come in . Mark lustened , showed options for us to try , and stay within budget. He was personable and professional throughout the transaction

We stopped in to view the mattresses and learn more about the promotions that were currently underway. We worked with Emily who was very thorough in answering our questions and providing advice on the various models, as well as letting us test each, explaning Sleep Number's policies and rewards. We were planning to buy online but are so glad we stopped by in person to view the mattresses and get help from Emily. We ended up ginalizing our order with her over the phone later that day. Great customer service, and we can't wait to get our new mattress!

Felecia in the Chester, Virginia store was awesome. We have owned a sleep number for years. The best bed on the market and well worth the $$$.
