Sleep Number

The experience my wife and I had with the salesman, Mike Hice, was exceptional. We just went to look and see what the bed was all about. But with Mike's easy going and professional attitude we bought a bed!! If you want to know about SleepNumber without pressure go see Mike. Great guy, great product.

The Demonstration of the Sleep Number bed was outstanding and made sure that we understood how the sleep number function. With great detail of the mattress and baseboard. I was sold on buying my first sleep number. The mgr Jaral did a great job in presenting his him and the sleep number with his knowledge of the product. “ Short pump store”

We visited the Short pump store recently and we really appreciated the staffs knowledge and support. Sarah O. Was very helpful and gave us a great amount of information on the different types of beds as they were new to us. She was respectful and also took time to let us discuss and understand all the options. They also worked to help us find good prices to meet our needs.

Worst overall major I’ve ever purchased a product from. Bought 4 beds which cost me over $7,000. Nothing but problems. Should be zero stars. Company warranty provides you nothing. Bed deflated within 2 years and their warranty covers nothing. You pay basically full price for service/labor and 70% for parts even this early in the so-called warranty. This after they ask you to self diagnose the problems before they will schedule parts and labor which you pay for. Do not buy a bed from this company or you will be sorry if you ever have a problem. This is how they treat a customer who spend this much on beds. Never again

Decided to come in on a random night to try out some new mattresses and Cheyann was amazing! Very personable, quite the designer, and is just so kind. She was so knowledgeable about the products and was even willing to look up information if she wasn’t sure. If you are in need of a new mattresses, this is your store and Cheyann is your girl!! THANK YOU SO MUCH
