Sleep Number

I walked in and was promptly greeted by my salesperson. She did an excellent job listening to my needs and proceeded to go through the benefits of the beds. After identifying where I seemed most comfortable testing various models we proceeded to finalizing the deal. After a quick credit check we did the paperwork, set up delivery and went over a few details about what and when to expect things to arrive. Having worked in the industry previously I knew what to expect and everything was handled quickly and professionally. I was in and out in right around the hour mark. As far as I was concerned the visit could not have gone any better.

The sales person, Michele, was WONDERFUL! She was very friendly and informative. She was not pushy, but made our experience enjoyable. We felt very sure about our decision to purchase a bed. Thank you, Michele, for your kindness and professionalism. Hands down the best sales rep we ever encountered!

If there were negative stars, this store would get them. We bought a $8000 bed 3 years ago. Had to replace the other mattresses at our cost. Now they're saying that the mattress cover needs to be replaced, and they want another $285. I explained to the salesman that this was never told to us, that this warranty was going to be prorated. He could have cared less about this matter. These guys are so dishonest.I would never recommend anybody buying one of these beds again.Never really cared for the bed after I got it.But if there was a way to take this to their store and throw it on their doorstep , I would be doing that , you guys should be ashamed of stealing from your customers cause that's all this is.

We purchased a bed from here 2 years ago. We had great service. The store itself is fantastic and friendly. But the product is awful. We got a p5 and this thing has been nothing but constant problems. The store is great but the customer service of sleep number company is absolutely awful. This is not the stores or salesmans fault. We hate this bed and never wish we purchased it. We have replaced the air chambers once already for leaks. Which sleep numbers limited warranty is a joke. They dont stand behind their products. These are just over complicated air mattress with very little to offer. You would get same effect grabbing a cheap air mattress from Walmart with a memory foam topper and just changing the amount of air yourself. Boom you have a sleep number for 100 bucks. Not 3499. The pump will randomly deflate the bed on its own as well in the middle of the night. That's a new problem. But the customer service is so pathetic its not worth calling them again. Maybe their other products are better but we will never find out. Sleep number is a joke and should be laughed at. Again, not the stores fault just awful brand. Just bought a different mattress and wish we went this way to begin with. And they have almost 0 resale value. Don't waste your money.

Michele, Nate, and Gabe are the best! They’ve taken such great care of my sister and mother and made their experiences hassle free and easy. If you want top tier service for yourself or family, come to this location!
