Sleep Number

Kelley was amazing! She was really kind, helpful, knowledgeable and took the time to help us make a decision on what mattress was best for myself and my husband. She was not pushy at all and gave us the time we needed to make our decision! Thank you Kelley!!

We were at the Dickson City Store on Tuesday, Kelly greeted us with a smile and offered assistance immediately. We explained we were just looking and wanted some details about the mattresses and how they would benefit me with my health issues. She did a wonderful job explaining everything and no question was left unanswered and all to our satisfaction. Her kind personality and No Pressure was a great asset. We told her we would have to go home and review things and we would probably be back. She gave us her card and said to call her if we had further questions, and of course I did. She answered promptly and had answers for my concerns. So today, Friday we ordered our new bed and can’t wait for its arrival. It was a great pleasure working with Kelly. After delivery I will give you another review. Kelly is a great asset to your store. Barb

Rick and Kelly were absolutely wonderful. Rick greeted me as soon as I walked in, with a warm welcome. He asked what brought me in, and I told him why he was eager to help. At a certain point he needed to call in reinforcements, and Kelly was extremely helpful. Rick made the necessary calls and soon my parts are on their way. They even got my 10 year old Sleep Number bed was warrantied. They went above and beyond! All of the Sleep Number employees have been awesome - they’ve all gone extra mile. And wonderful experience. I highly recommend going to see Rick and Kelly if you’re looking for a new bed.

Rich and Kelley were great! Rich was our main man and truly professional in his approach. I appreciated him making sure we were informed and happy with the potential purchase. He turned the tide and we went Sleep ####.

We had a great experience shopping for our bed. Kelley was great to work with and very knowledgeable. This is our 4th Select Comfort bed. We have one in our camper which helps keep the weight down.
