Sleep Number

Breanna the sales rep was fantastic. No rush, no upsale, answered every question, and explained every part of the sale and delivery process. Veteran discount as well.

My husband, 9 year old, and I went into Sleep Number yesterday knowing what we wanted. We were greeted by Kyle immediately. Without hesitation, Kyle entertained our daughter. She was laughing so hard I thought they were going to have to clean a display bed. He had her lay in a bed, adjusted her to it, and joked around with her. Mind you, that did not distract him from informing us of the bed we came in to purchase. He was very informative and answered all our questions. He offered his recommendations to us and also was very honest with us. Never pushy in trying to make a sale. I highly recommend going into Sleep Number, even if your just wanting more information before making an investment. They will not push you into making a purchase. Can’t find that anywhere nowadays. Thank you Kyle for giving us an amazing shopping experience.

Not only do I highly recommend these beds, but I also highly recommend this store. I had the pleasure of working with Kyle, my only complaint (which isn't truly a complaint) is that Kyle has completely ruined me for sleeping on other beds after seeing how comfortable I was on this bed. I have a bad back and haven't slept well for years with my existing bed so I am really looking forward to this being delivered. I wish the prices were a little lower but if I sleep as well on it as I think I will it will be more than worth it in the end. Kyle was funny, knowledgeable and explained everything along the way when I had questions. We had some issues with the delivery dates and he went above and beyond along with his manager Scott to try and resolve the delivery as best they could. They are not coming as early as I would like but they are getting them to me a week before the original estimated date which is better than we expected. The time and effort they put into trying to resolve things really impressed me and was extremely appreciated. I highly recommend shopping here, make sure you ask for Kyle!!

Kyle was a terrific sales team member. I had my 1 & 2yo, fussy from waiting during our sleep test, Kyle took it upon himself to keep both busy. Anytime someone is willing to accommodate both parent and child, while also doing their job is A+.

great experience here with Kyle Saturday....really genuine and nice person who felt like someone we had known for years. Was truly interested in improving our sleep experience and '"fixing our problems" which is a trait quite rare now days in our general experience with folks in sales!
