Sleep Number

Steve is a wonderful salesman. He is very knowledgeable. He really made this mattress shopping for my husband and I, easy! He was friendly and down to earth. I highly recommend this sleep number store and Steve in particular! We are so excited to get our first sleep number bed.

While the Center Valley store was helpful, I officially do not recommend Sleep Number beds anymore. Our first bed lasted a very long time (2007-2023). In 2023, bought 2nd bed as the first finally stopped working. The bed, now only 3 years old and costing over $8000(!) has 3 issues: 1) foot warmer stopped working after barely being used; 2) magnet that supposedly holds mattress in place came dislodged from fabric on mattress; 3) Bed has continuously hung at least 9-10 inches off the foot of the bed. Called customer service as instructed today by Center Valley store. All they did was offer to sell me brand new foot warmer, two retaining bars to hold mattress in place ,and absolutely no mention of fixing the magnet. Cost for retaining bars plus shipping was $169 (for bed that the Center Valley store claims should have NEVER been slipping off the base) and I did not even ask about cost of foot warmer. We will never buy a Sleep Number bed again. Save your money and go with less expensive adjustable brand unless you want to shell out lots of extra $$$ plus poorly made products not built to last anymore for excessive cost. EDIT: 12/8/2025 - Called the customer service # listed by "owner" below to talk about customer satisfaction. They had no clue why I was calling. Explained it all over. They offered me the cost of a foot warmer & cost for retaining bars. Explained again that we paid about $8500 for this bed about 3 years ago and I was not spending another cent and that it was ridiculous to have this conversation AGAIN. They did give me a phone number for their adjustable base magnet specialist. I will call but I wonder what that will cost? Again - no recommendation from me for Sleep Number. Save your cash & buy a less costly bed.

My wife and I bought a new mattress for our bed and sheets too. Casandra was great at showing us all our options and helping us make our decision. The bed came yesterday and the installers were also great. Very happy with the whole experience. Highly recommend Sleep Number beds.

Absolutely awesome experience. Steven was so helpful and knowledgeable, and it was an amazing (and not pushy) sales experience. If buying again I would without a doubt go out of my way to go to this specific store.

Awesome technicians. Did a great job removing the old bed, installing the new bed and helping us to connect our phones to the new bed. Great service!
