Sleep Number

I want to take a quick minute to recognize Adam and Cody at Sleep Number here in Eau Claire. We’ve been to a few other mattress stores, and those interactions felt highly sales-driven. Our experience at Sleep Number was the complete opposite. Adam and Cody took the time to get to know us, understand what we were looking for, and make smart recommendations based on the pain points we were trying to solve. They also worked with us to get the best possible price and were incredibly patient throughout the process, even when we brought our 15-month-old son with us and he made a mess of the store while we were trying to make a decision. Cannot recommend Adam and Cody enough if you’re in the market for a mattress!

From start to finish, this couldn't have been a better experience. Adam and Joel were amazing, compassionate, witty, and wonderful throughout. I don't think it's legal to have this much fun in a mattress store! Whether you're thinking about getting a new bed or have already decided it's going to happen, stop in and talk to these guys! I already had my mind made up that I was going to buy a bed. Joel spent half of his day making sure I got everything I needed and that all of my questions were answered. Great job, guys! Thank you for being exactly who you are!

It is weird posting a review about a place you didn't purchase something from, but Joel's work definitely needs recognition! A sleep number bed didn't work for us, but Joel made the experience of trying it out so easy and laid back! It was nice to be just be able to experience it without the pressure. Thank you, Joel!

Adam was fabulous - lots of information but no pressure.

The store was nice. They didn't have what I was looking for, though.
