Mattress Firm Eau Claire

UPDATE: Changing my review. The previous review is accurate- however- my mattress and frame were supposed to be in the store and available for pickup on/before today, June 9. (I have to pick it up in store because like everyone else, they do not deliver to my address.) This date was guaranteed to me both verbally and in writing. I called the store to make sure it was in before driving over an hour to get it. First, no one could even find my order. Finally found the order but could not find the mattress or frame. Nate finally located my items - still at the warehouse in Minnesota, becasue the order had been incorrectly placed for a warehouse pickup. I was advised that my items will now maybe make it to Eau Claire on Sunday, no guarantee stated this time. Fingers crossed they actually arrive. If gas was not so high, I would drive to Minnesota and get them myself. Not at all impressed with the customer service on this issue and I would not recommend purchasing from this location unless you can leave the store with your purchase. -end of updated review- I had an idea of what I wanted before I went to the store. Gregg confirmed I had made the correct choice for my needs. The sale process was quick and smooth and I am looking forward to my new mattress.

I ended up not going with this company as I was unfortunately misinformed. Me and my wife had a full size bed which we've had for many years. My wife purchased a brand new bed frame under 3 months ago so when purchasing a new bed we wanted to stick to the full size. We told the guy our budget and that we want a full and we explored our options but my wife fell in love with a tempurpedic luxe adapt soft. It was 4700 dollars which was about 3 grand out of the price range. The guy offered us the "clearance rack" which might have a full for a few grand compared to 5 grand. I entertained the idea and stuck around. We had to have waited for 10 minutes waiting to see if any were in stock which none were, but there was a queen for 4000 instead of 4700. This was still a bit much for me. I marked down the specific matress and decided to check out other stores. Drove down the street to another local store where they informed me that tempurpedic luxe adapt soft doesn't come in a full. I was spun in circles chasing my own tail for this guy trying to sell me a mattress that doesn't exist. Either way the other store down the street had a floor model they were able to sell for almost half the used unit from matress firm including an automatic base. I would recommend looking around.

I will always return to Mattress Firm for any new mattress. They provided excellent assistance in the selection of a mattress that fit my needs and stood behind their product 100%. I would give them more than 5 stars if that were possible!

Nate was extremely helpful when choosing a new mattress! He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions with ease. The store had ample different mattresses to test with several different styles to help us find the perfect one.

Nate was very kind and helpful! Would definitely come back for his services
