Sleep Number

Today I was in this store. At first, I felt intimidated, but after Mr. Benjamin Falstrom helped my husband and me, we felt very comfortable. He was very kind and explained every detail about each bed and its comfort. He didn't even talk about all the options we had, and we left very happy with a great purchase of mattresses and pillows. I recommend the store and especially Benjamin's service.

Ben at the Shelbyville Rd store in Louisville is an outstanding salesperson. He assisted me with a small purchase but then answered all of my mattress questions very patiently and was super helpful! What an asset to your brand!

I recently broke my back and purchase a sleep number bed due to ability to change firmness and warming at base of bed. I have found the zero G setting is the best for my back. My only issue is headboard is being delivered a month after mattress was. This is reason for 4 stars.

We have owned a Sleep Number king for 16 years. We felt it was time to upgrade to a full split so we could adjust our head and knees individually. We ended up buying one during the sale. Our sales person, Brenda S., couldn't have been more patient and helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the product and stayed past the store's closing time to help us.
