Sleep Number

I was extremely pleased with my interactions with your team ar sleep number. I made 6visits in total. Three with Erica and the purchase. One visit with Kathy and 2 visits with Mary Katherine. I was impressed with the customer service and the people skills of all three. They were all very knowledgeable and answered every question. I will definitely recommend them to friends. Hopefully the bed will be as perfect as the purchase process

Cathy was wonderful to work with. She really listened to our needs, answered all of our questions, and helped us choose the mattress that was the best fit for us. She took the time to explain all of our options and gave us plenty of space to try out each mattress without any pressure. We felt confident and comfortable throughout the entire process and left feeling great about our purchase. Highly recommend working with Cathy! Can't wait for our new bed to arrive!

Our experience at Sleep Number of Fayetteville was fantastic! Erica is so friendly and knowledgeable and made the effort to learn what we needed in a bed. We did not feel any pressure to purchase on the day of our visit. When we did decide to purchase, Erica took care of all the financing details efficiently. We would highly recommend Sleep Number of Fayetteville!

Erica was a great help in picking out our perfect bed. She made sure we were getting exactly what we needed and wanted in our sleep number bed. Also helped find sheets and a pillow. I have used the pillow a couple of nights and it is really comfy. She also helped to get a better delivery date. Can't wait for our bed to arrive. Shout out to Erica.

I had an excellent experience at Sleep Number in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The store was clean and well set up. The most impressive was the staff--especially Erica. Everyone was helpful and nice; however, Erica was the one that helped me and she was a real customer service professional. She didn't sell me, but helped me make decisions. She is effervescent from her greeting as I walked in the door, through trying different beds, and making sure I knew when it would be delivered. I received a folder with everything I needed. It was just a great experience all around.
