Sleep Number

I appreciated that Charity at the Sleep Number store in Hot Springs was very helpful and patient while I tried the bed that I came to see. She explained how the various models had changed and how the newer models were an improvement over the older models. My mattress has not arrived yet so I cant make a review on the actual bed but am looking forward to it arriving and once it does I do plan to give an updated review. I see making a purchase like this an investment into my own health and future. I just wanted to make a review over the service I received.

We recently went to the Sleep Number store in Hot Springs to look at a potential new mattress. When we went in, we were mixed on what/if anything to purchase. Destiny, the sales associate, helped us through the process and even though we didn’t buy that day, we returned days later and made a purchase from her and that store. She is an amazing sales associate, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend that store and when you stop in make sure you ask for Destiny!!!!

I kept my word that I would take down my one star review, once things were made right. Chris kept his word and went above and beyond to make things right. I know it wasn't his fault with the delivery issues we encountered. I still don't like the bed, but now we are stuck with it, after the exchange. I will never purchase another sleep number bed again, they are not worth the money we spent on it. This has no impact on Destiny or Chris, they don't make the beds. Thank you Chris for making things right, and going above and beyond to help us with the issues we had.

Buyer BEWARE!!! We bought the top of the line bed, we also went ahead and purchased the frame because we were told that no frames were refundable unless you bought the (most expensive) more optioned one. After sleeping on the bed for 30 days it was not what we expected and it would randomly loss air and I would wake up sunk in- I called the help line (that took multiple calls to reach someone and they would not give me a phone number to call direct in case we got cut off) and she explained that it the problem may be because the bed was plugged into the bed (where it was installed) after the nightmare of getting ahold of someone and the fact that we were not happy anyway, we told them to come pick it up- They sent the truck to get it- and they said the frame isn’t being picked up. That was the only reason for getting the bigger frame was to ensure that, if not satisfied, that the Complete bed would be covered!, So they lied to sell a frame that they know isn’t refundable, so the whole sleep on it for 100 days doesn’t mean anything unless to have it installed as “mattress on the floor”! I would have never Purchased a frame that is not refundable when the mattress is!!!! That is completely stupid!!! I purchased it knowing, if it was not what it was advertised as that I could get a 100% full refund! So Buyers Beware! Have your salesman write it out on you contract!! I’m not saying you won’t like the bed, make your own decisions. It was not a good fit for us, too many deflating issues. All I can say is buying it was not issues but once it gets delivered- Good luck on getting a hold of anyone and let the issues roll!!

A few weeks ago, my wife and I visited the Hot Springs store in desperate need of better sleep. Destiny greeted us, listened, and then patiently led us to the perfect bed for us. We are now getting quality sleep, and more hours of it. Destiny made the experience fun, and educational, and her caring follow-ups have meant so much! The delivery and set-up team were also great. Very efficient, and friendly. We highly recommend this store, the product, and Destiny to anyone in search of better sleep.
