Sleep Number

Kelvin was super knowledgeable about to mattresses and found the right balance of information and patience with my wife and I when we were selecting our bed. No sales pressure just information and ensuring we got what we wanted out of our new bed. Couldn’t be happier with the experience

I recently purchased a king size mattress and adjustable base from Sleep City. From the moment I entered, the associate was wonderful at answering my questions. From the time I stepped in the store until I left was about 30 minutes. Delivery was scheduled for a couple of days later and set up was a breeze! Everyone I dealt with was wonderful!

So excited! After some shopping, I talked with the Southlake location. Mary initially reached out and today Ayanna did some research and today I got my new bed and it will be here in the next few weeks. This has been a great experience. She helped me stay on budget and explained the entire process and what to expect next. Can't wait till it gets here.

We had a great shopping experience at Sleep Number store today. Ayanna greeted my wife and I with a smile and enthusiasm. We explained what we were looking for in a bed and she showed us exactly what we needed. We were 100% satisfied with our transaction except we couldn’t get the bed delivered as quickly as we would have liked. By the way, this is our third Sleep Number bed. We just can’t resist those bells and whistles they keep adding to the beds.

We recently purchased a new bed and had it professionally fitted by Mary at Sleep Number Southlake. From start to finish, the service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable. The fitting process was smooth, with great attention to detail to make sure the bed was placed exactly where we wanted and properly set up before delivery.
