Sleep Number

I want to tell you how extremely happy we are that Josh and Robert helped us to pick the perfect sleep number bed. Josh literally went step by step through the store answering ALL the questions we had - there was NO high pressure sales at all and we never felt pressured into spending more than we wanted. This was wonderful as I HATE high pressure sales and salespeople. I would highly recommend for anyone wanting a better nights sleep to go to the Gastonia NC store and see Josh and Robert.

My Husband, toddler and I had a fantastic experience at this store. My husband has a lot of back pain and Robert was fantastic at taking the time to address all of his concerns and get us squared away with the best option for our lifestyle and budget. He asked all the right questions and was super patient with the fact I was in a terrible mood from the toddler being up all night. We were even able to finish everything off via phone the next day when the toddler decided we were done there. We really appreciate the patience and care he took in making sure we both got what we needed in a new bed.

Robert was awesome with explaining all the different features of the different model of beds. He took us through all the features of the ones that we were interested in. He had us lay on the beds on our sides and backs as we are side and back sleepers, I always thought I liked a firm mattress, but I was wrong. I actually like a soft mattress. Robert made the whole experience for us very informative and we felt like when we left the store we had made a great decision that is going to benefit myself and my wife in our sleep and hopefully make us happier people because we will get a great night’s sleep.
