Great experience, the showroom was very clean and tidy made me feel even better when looking at the store. I had this very nice young man named Nolan help me out with all my questions and concerns and I told him I was looking for a new comforter and we landed on a wonderful comforter. So glad I had his help he made the experience more enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend

I walked into this business and I was pleasantly surprised. Cleanliness abounded, then, I was approached by Nolan. Nolan happened to be a very helpful and knowledgeable sales rep. He ticked all of the boxes describing the best attributes of the ideal sales person. He is the kind of person a company needs to represent their company. I told him what I was looking for in regard to my needs. Queen, medium firm, non-pillow top, box spring, and my price range. He first wanted to verify that medium firm was indeed a valid choice. I hadn't purchased a mattress in years, and he wanted to make sure of my choice. We then discussed mattresses in my price range. I tried several and made my choice. The rest of the deal was just as pleasant as the first. He fully explained warranty coverage and return options. I felt very pleased with my choice. Just a great young man to deal with, and he seemed to have great products at his disposal. All in all, a very pleasant process. Mattress Firm will see me again, when the time comes.

Kaleb was our sales person, he was great didn’t pressure us at all. Once we decided on the one we wanted he answered all our questions and we were done and out the door in 15 min. I highly recommend him, great experience!!!

First time i believe purchasing a mattress from here, I was assisted by Nolan who was both professional and kind. He listened, solved and thanked and i was in and out with a mattress purchase. Now thats how sales agents should be, never pushy or moody, just pleasant, attentive and kind whether you were just window shopping or purchasing. Keep Nolan here, give him an incentive, I am sure other sales associates are pleasant too but just sharing my personal experience. Nolan speaks to you as if hes speaking to a friend, meaning makes one feel welcome and free. Thanks for the experience Nolan YOU ROCK!

We were greeted by Adam as soon as we entered the store and he was very polite. He was very knowledgeable of the mattress we were interested in and answered all of our questions. He never tried to pressure us to buy anything. We did purchase our mattress and hope it gives us years of great sleep.
