The Original Mattress Factory

Very pleased with the customer service we received. We are replacing our former Original Mattress after it became too soft after us using it for 18 years. We have no complaints. It has been the best mattress we have ever had.

Kyle, the manager in the Gastonia location, is so professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to find out what I need, asked about sleep positions and other preferences and made sure to recommend the right fit. The entire process from walking into the door to delivery and set up was so smooth- and he even called to follow up and make sure I was still happy with my purchase!

Anthony is awesome!!! He helped to get our mattress delivered earlier because I’m having surgery. He covered all details. Took his time and went above my expectations.

Sunday February 15th 2026 I approached the door around 12:35 and the door was locked as I was standing in the rain and had to walk back in the rain to find my husband to tell him the store is closed. I seen people in the store and the open sign was on. This store lost our business.
