Sleep Number

I bought a mattress, in a week had to have it replaced was leaking. It was replaced for free. 4 years later I had problems again with the mattress, again leaking. This time I had to pay almost $400 for a new mattress. 2 years after that leaking mattress again this time they wanted almost $500.00 to replace. When I first bought the mattress it said a 25-year warranty. After purchasing it was a 15 year limited warranty. Salesperson never said anything about a limited warranty. These mattresses are nothing but a glorified air mattress, with a piece of foam on it. Mattresses are only guaranteed for a year.

Tatyana was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in helping me pick out the right pillows. Being a side sleeper I had picked out the Responsefit curved King pillows. Thank you Tatyana for helping me make the right choice.

I moved to Maryland about 3 years ago. Since then I’ve been unable to get answers to questions about my sleep number bed either at the stores or through customer service via the net. Finally, it occurred to me contact the store in PA where I had made some purchases for my bed. I can’t tell you how different relating with that store is. I thought they represented Sleep Number training and expectations, but that is not true. They solved my problem through patience, intelligence and intention. Unfortunately, that was not true of the other representatives with whom I interacted. I believe the sales staff at the Sleep Number store in PA, 1731 Wilmington West Chester Pike is outstanding. I so appreciate their kindness, and helpfulness .

Pamela gave us the space to try the mattresses without hovering over us and answered our questions with the wisdom of many years of experience without pressure. This was the third sleep number store we visited (We were struggling to get a good match for two very different preferences.) The Glenn Mills store was the best experience of all of them. Highly recommended.

Glen Mills was the second sleep number store I visited. Immediately Tatyana assisted me and provided a comprehensive and personable understanding of the bed I was interested in. Although I had done my own research, she offered additional information and advice which was very meaningful. It was a phenomenal customer service/sales experience and I look forward to the delivery and to purchase additional accessories from this store.
