I love Jeff at the King of Prussia location. He is patient and knowledgeable. I've purchased 6 sleep number beds plus accessories from him over the years and he really makes sure we are getting what fits our needs and our budget. He never pressures us and always comes from a place of understanding. We purchased a bed for my elderly aunt as well and he always called her to help her with her numbers. She loved hearing from him. He goes the extra yard. The beds are pheromonal and they are affordable and so worth it. Being able to change your number is like getting a new bed.

Jean gave me a perfect selection of mattresses, I usually hate salesmen advice but Jean applied 0 pressure in the options he gave.

I had such a wonderful experience going into the sleep number store and meeting with Jean who worked there! I didn’t plan on purchasing the bed at this point, but he was able to show me all the benefits and why I would be crazy with my back problems to not purchase the bed ASAP.
