Sleep Number

Jennifer Wutzke was absolutely fabulous! She was very patient, knowledgeable and kind. She knows her products thoroughly and had excellent suggestions to suit our needs. She provided a very pleasant buying experience and was extremely helpful with no pressure. Thank you very much Jen!

Jennifer (at the N 215 and Decatur Sleep Number store) was soooo awesome! So patient and full of knowledge of the Sleep Number products! My husband and I entered the store planning just to personally learn about the Sleep Number products but as informed, patient, warm and friendly as Jennifer was, we felt super comfortable in making our first purchase right and there! Thank you, Jennifer, for all the time and attention you took for us! It was a fun experience! We anticipate making our next purchase in the near future with you!

The Sleep Number delivery team is awesome. They are friendly, respectful and supportive. They made sure our mattress, remote and app were all working and gave me a tutorial on the app and remote. I never realized what an awesome mattress I bought. The store is also above my expectation, Aaron texted me to check on our first night sleep. Wow! What care and diligence about their product to check in you after the sell. Awesome people there.

AMAZING. Jason was the representative that assisted us in the store at Decatur and 215 in Las Vegas, NV. We had a plethora of questions since this was an endeavor to potentially purchase a sleep number mattress. He was very knowledgeable, very friendly , very professional, very patient, he took his time and didn’t rush us. He listened to us and addressed our needs so we are now the owners of our very first sleep number. To add to this, the two delivery gentleman we Awesome as well…… Great customer service, extremely knowledgeable, patient, engaging, professional…… Sleep Number Management …. in addition to your great mattress, you have three stellar employees that need further recognition. Please acknowledge them so they will keep up the EXCELLENT work 😊💯

Went in to the Sleep Number store on Decatur Avenue in North Las Vegas to upgrade my mattress. Jen was Sleep Number representative helping me today and she was outstanding. I described what I wanted and the problems that I had with the M7 mattress that I had bought six years ago. She assisted me in getting a new PSE smart bed and was able to show me the discounts I received for being a long time member and a military veteran. I was also able to take advantage of financing for two years at no interest. It met all of my needs and thrilled to have a nice upgrade on my Sleep Number bed.
