Sleep Number

We had an excellent experience from start to finish! Our sales representative (Adrian) was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful. He engaged with us more than any of the other stores we visited and took the time to show us all of the options available without making us feel pressured. Everything was handled in a timely and professional manner, and we really appreciated how well they took care of us throughout the entire process. A huge bonus for us was the small kids’ play area. We had our two toddlers with us, and having a place for them to play while we tried out the different beds made the experience so much easier. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The combination of great customer service, knowledgeable staff, and a family-friendly environment really stood out to us. We highly recommend this store and their team!

My first time purchasing Sleep Number bed. I am excited to try it the person that helped me his name was Adrian. he really cared about my well-being. He spent a lot of time to explain everything about it. One of the big reason that I bought it. It was his not just great customer service however, his caring about another human being. I highly recommend if you do get one go see him you’ll be happy you did. .And I am excited to get my bed and give you more reviews on it.

Christian was phenomenal! Yes, the beds are great, yes we've owned these beds in the past, but the time and care Christian took with us was even better. He helped make the decision even easier. People like him I'd what helps a company excel. You should be proud how he represents Sleep Number. Thank you!

You sent me an email asking to rate my experience. I was just there yesterday and my bed won't be delivered until the 13th of April. So if you want me a review of the sales guy and the showroom it was great, however, why not wait util I sleep on the bed for 60 days and ask for a review? I am not sure anyone cares about how the buying experience was.

Was super excited to go try out mattresses. I’m a planner so I love trying things out in advance to weigh out all my options. I told the sales person that we were going to be buying this exact moment because we weren’t sure what we were even wanting, and it just seemed like the salesperson just didn’t even care. I understand it’s a commission based job so when you hear this isn’t a sale you don’t want to put in the work, but that shouldn’t stop you from letting us try out all options and make it an amazing experience so we would want to come back and buy. But I left mainly frustrated. I don’t think we will come back to this location to buy, or maybe even sleep number for that matter. I feel like I wasn’t shown the beds full potential just because it wasn’t going to be an instant sale for the salesperson. It’s not like it was just at all either, in which I’d understand. But we were the only people in there, so why not give us the full experience wanting us to come back? I don’t know about sleep number now. My husband felt like the one bed we did try out helped relieve pressure, but I wanted to try out different sleep numbers to really see if it suited me, and try out zero gravity bases, and really see which bed I really would love. But instead I felt like a nuisance and not welcome there. We were only there for maybe 10 minutes, and now what was once excitement is now confusion.
