The store was beautifully laid out and the environment was peaceful. I was greeted immediately by the staff in a pleasant and welcoming manner. The staff was very knowledgeable and informative. They thoroughly explained all of my options for purchase and I was happy with the detailed explanation. It was an exceptional customer experience and I felt great about my high end purchase.

I am very dissatisfied with the customer service I received at the Sleep Number store in Tysons. This review is not about the mattress itself, but about the sales experience and the lack of transparency I encountered. When I called the store to purchase a mattress, I explained to the sales associate that I already had a bed frame and was concerned about how an integrated base would work with my existing setup. Despite my concerns, the associate continued to push me toward purchasing the integrated base. At no point did he take the time to fully discuss the dimensions or height of the base, nor did he help me determine whether it would be a good fit with my current bed frame. I was left with the impression that the integrated base was relatively small and would work without issue. However, when it was delivered, I discovered that the setup sits much higher than expected and is not suitable for my needs. Had the associate properly explained the size and height of the base, I likely would have made a different decision. What is even more frustrating is that I was told that if I decided I did not need the integrated base, I could return it. What I was not told was that returning it would involve additional fees. This important information should have been disclosed before the purchase so that I could make a fully informed decision. I expected a sales associate to listen to my concerns, provide accurate information, and help me find the best solution for my situation. Instead, I felt pressured into purchasing a product that was not right for me and was not given complete information about the consequences of returning it. Unfortunately, this experience has left me disappointed with the customer service and sales practices at this location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that future customers receive honest, transparent guidance when making such a significant purchase.

We had a great experience at the warehouse. They gave us pillows to try out each mattress and carried all the popular and highly rated online brands. Autumn was our rep and was very knowledgeable and super helpful. We walked out very confident we purchased a great bed. Highly recommend visiting and their final prices come out slightly cheaper than buying online.

At the Tyson’s Sleep Number store, Fahad gave excellent service to my friend who was buying a mattress. I made a note to reach out to him when I got one. Why? He really listened. Asked great questions about preferences. Never pushy, like some salespeople. Paid attention to detail when offering options plus a wonderful experience when trying out the mattress. My friend bought one. Months later, I saw there was a sale and I called to speak to Fahad. He made my ordering process effortless and my new mattress will be delivered in 2 days. If you’re looking for a new mattress, go to Sleep Number and ask for Fahad. You’ll be glad you did.

We hadn’t been mattress shopping in ages. We were really put off by the high pressure sales tactics and overwhelming selection of products at typical mattress stores. Our experience with Fahad at Sleep Number in Tysons Corner was the opposite. He took his time and helped us explore the options and find what was right for us, without making us feel uncomfortable. And the beds and technology were a great match for our needs. Very excited to get our new mattress next week!!
