I had a great experience purchasing my most recent Sleep Number bed. I walked into the Fair Oaks store not intending to buy that day - but just to get some information. Elliot was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was not a pushy salesperson just trying to close a deal. He took the time to show me the various options and find the right fit for my sleeping needs. He has a great rapport with people.

Elliot at the Fair Oaks Mall store in Fairfax, VA is the person to see for your Sleep Number bed! Professional and courteous all the way. Patient with all our questions, didn’t pressure us, he just gave us all the facts about Sleep Number options and let us decide what was best for us. Can’t thank Elliot enough for his help because a Sleep Number bed is a big investment and worth it when you have his kind of customer service guiding you along. Rene is awesome! I’ve had a great experience working with my him. He originally sold me my first Sleep Number bed a little over year ago, and I recently went back to him when it was time to get one for my mom too. I had no idea there were so many things to consider when buying a new bed. He walked us through everything and was honest, helpful, and informative throughout the entire process. He gave thoughtful recommendations based on our needs (including one I honestly wish I had listened to in retrospect - but I still love my bed!). He was also extremely patient with all of our questions and even when we kept changing our minds. It never felt rushed or pressured, just genuine helpful guidance. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, trustworthy, and easy to work with, he’s the person you want helping you pick out your mattress. Also want to give a quick shoutout to the store manager (at least I think he’s the manager?). Either way, you can tell the store is run by a great team. Working with the store manager Elliott to figure out which Sleepnumber was right for us was an absolute pleasure. He was a no pressure expert that took time to ask us questions to determine what we were looking for and explained the pluses and minuses of all the various bed options. I recently moved and needed to get replacement caps from the store. I had a lovely interaction with the manager, Elliot, who provided me with caps and offered to assist via phone if I ran into any trouble disassembling or reassembling my sleep number bed. I ended up needing support the day we moved. Elliot was calm and patient, and so knowledgeable! I think we ended up being on the phone for about two hours. On the other end of the move, I also ran into difficulty with the magnets. Elliot was again on the phone assisting with reconnecting the magnets, reconnecting all the electrical connections, testing out to make sure the bed worked, figuring out why the bed didn’t work. He was a wonderfully calm voice as my dad and I went under the bed, over the top of the bed, reconnected hoses, etc. Elliot was just wonderful and offered comedic relief every once and again when it was really needed. I can’t give Elliot more than five stars, but he really went above and beyond with helping on both ends of the move. I am beyond grateful and will definitely be calling him again should the need arise.
