Sleep Number

I am writing to formally escalate a complaint regarding a recent experience with Sleep Number that fell severely short of your company's standards. Despite investing in a premium product, the delivery process and subsequent customer service interactions have been entirely unacceptable. Summary of Events: Delivery Date: May 27, 2026 Delivery Issue: Your delivery driver, Joe, called and stated he was on his way to deliver my 86-year-old mother's new bed. We took her old Sleep Number bed down last night in anticipation. Joe then stated that he would need me to provide someone to help him lift it, or he could not deliver the bed today because the other delivery person did not show up for work. It is extremely unprofessional to expect the customer to provide manual labor for a premium delivery service. Customer Service Issue: I called the Lubbock, TX store to resolve this and spoke with a representative named Marcus. He refused to give me his last name, stated he would not apologize for something that was not his fault, told me I was "a crazy lady," and stated that the store would no longer do business with me. This unprofessional behavior, verbal abuse from store staff, and poor delivery execution completely contradict the premium experience Sleep Number promises. Update: Sleep Number executive team reached out today. They were awesome and addressed my concerns.

We came into the store just inquiring about the adjustable bed platform. Chris answered our questions completely. After a discussion about prices, we walked out with a pending delivery of a split king Sleep Number bed. We won’t take delivery until September, but so far we are pleased with our experience!!!

very excited to see if the new mattress helps my low back pain. the only reason for 4 vs 5 stars is the 28 day delay in delivery after the purchase date.

we went in to replace a pillow I bought when I bought my bed.My pillow had been discontinued so the girl there was very helpful and we tried several until I found one I thought would work, she had told us that there was a sale on pillows so we also bought one for him. They had his in stock so we brought it home and he loves it, mine they had to order but I can't wait til it arrives! overall, review is great!!
