Sleep Number

Stephanie at the Abilene Tx Sleep Number store is amazing!! She made us feel comfortable and took her time with us and made us really enjoy shopping for a new bed and base. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a new sleep experience.

Christi was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we laid on nearly every bed in the store. We ended up settling on a great bed that ticked all the boxes on our ideal bed checklist.

We own an older model sleep number mattress and have had some questions and concerns about it. We do not have a Sleep Number store in our town, so the closest store is Abilene, Texas. I have called the store several times over the last 6 months and both very knowledgeable customer sales representatives have offered suggestions that we have tried on our king size P6. So helpful and so courteous with their knowledge of the foam rails, the cover, an integrated base as well as Sleep Number sheets. What a blessing it is for us to work via the phone with very customer focused sales TEAM at the Abilene, TX Sleep Number store. I will not hesitate to call the store and place an order for any Sleep Number product that we may need in the future. I look forward to receiving my latest Sleep Number order.

Justin McClain was very helpful with helping me best salesman

Absolutely DO NOT BUY FROM SLEEP NUMBER! This company is king of lies. They speak of 100 day returns policy but what they fail to tell you is that it is just for the mattress not the base! The application and base are the worse part about this bed! Failed to deliver accurate information day of the sale at the store and yet I bought on the premise of this being a great product. Be aware when buying with Sleep Number!
